Olivia Schwartz
Olivia Schwartz, co director of The Chai Center is multi talented with a deep cultural background. She was the child of the 60’s growing up in a small town in northern California, graduating from San Jose state and gaining a masters in education. Olivia comes from a Reform Jewish background and was confirmed at Temple Israel of Lawrence, NY. After having taught Montessori school in the Santa Cruz Mountains, she went to India and Nepal and lived in various ashrams for 3 years. She left India and continued her quest in Israel where she discovered her validity and identity.
She is a much sought-after speaker on women’s issues and spirituality nationwide. Olivia travels to Israel to teach every summer, and is currently there, offering comfort, encouragement, and love, to recently bereaved mothers and wives, and she will share her experiences with us.
Los Angeles Jewish Ladies Chorale
The Los Angeles Jewish Women's Chorale, founded in 2017, is a dedicated group of talented Jewish women from throughout the Los Angeles area.
They thoroughly enjoy the art and camaraderie of singing three-part harmony, while bringing inspiration and unity, and uplifting audiences with meaningful Jewish music.

They comprise various levels of musical background and religious affiliations, across many ages and stages.
